I always have some ridiculous obligation that makes the first week of November impossible and then I'm too far behind. And by "always" I mean last year and now.

for those of us who don't know what the deal is with this, can I get a little background or link to find out info? Is it just a CH thing, or can I play, too?

Katy, I think if you are going to be a writer, you should use correct punctuation in your thread subject lines. It should be, "Where My Writers At?", and then you can use an additional exclamation point for emphasis if you choose (but not recommended).

Furthermore, Katy, you shouldn't end a sentence with a preposition. It should be "Where are my writers?" or "At what location am I able to find writers?"

They (I don't know who "they" are) have actually changed the rules so you can now end a sentence in a preposition. I remember this because I realized that English teacher around the world could no longer answer the question "Where's the pencil sharpener at?" with the clever "Behind the preposition" any more.
