Your name is The Code? As in Da Vinci? As in DNA? Cool.

Hey, by the way, congrats to all the Code members! You rock and I wish I could see your de-butt.

We'd devote our first performance to you, Porter, but it's already devoted to sending kids to camp or something like that.

Hip Hip Hooray for the CODE

I just can't understand why you like sending kids to camp more than you like Porter.

Good luck The Code. I wish I could see your first show, but I will be up in DC! I have no doubt that this new house team will bring down the house on it's first time on the stage.

i heard that if you cut off a member of "The Code"'s arm, they cut yours off. similarly, if you knock out one of their teeth, they knock out one of yours.

So true, Katy, it's a process called degeneration, in which the loss of one body part mandates the loss of another.

Actually, if you cut off one of our arms, we grow back two in its place. Its called regeneration.

Hell yeah Code.

Wanna give us the story behind the name? Or is that bad luck.

April 22, 2004, 04:48 PM
It involved punching a character named "David Siegel" in the mouth for asking too many questions.

Do not ever question how badass The Code is.

My dear, you are ruthless.

Dave, pay her no mind. Once we get our stories straight, you can question us all you want.

I heard that the Code can actually combine itself into one huge super-improviser, not unlike the Voltron cats forming their huge man-robot.

It's a sight to see.

So I hear.

P.S. I am dedicating this post script to the kids.

April 23, 2004, 12:49 AM
The kids thank you for your generosity, Porter Mason. Without that post script, they couldn't have the 64 pack of crayons. They'd have to deal with a boring 8 pack.
