Richard Gere plays Zack Mayo, a young man who has signed up for Navy Flight School. After countless years of being abused and unloved by his Navy father, he's a brat wreck loose who's in need of a good spanking. And Sgt. Foley is the only one who can do the job! Sgt. Foley (Played by the late Louis Gossett Jr.) is a hard ass drill sgt who cuts around the bull poop. Zack meets Paula (Debra Winger) who is a major cutie who has little beyond her family and must decide what it is she wants to do with her life. So boy meets girl, boy gets abused by the Drill Sgt. Girl meets boy, girl loses boy due to Zack being emotionally "F" up. Boy falls for girl and walks off into the sunset by giving his hat to her.

I liked this movie, I give it a "DATE", because I would love to watch this with a girl, instead of my cat. Debra Winger is a hottie! Can you say, "GIVE MY DAUGHTER THE SHOT!"

Things I learned:
1) I will never join the Naval Air Fleet!
2) Louis Gosset Jr. is not actually dead, by his career is!

What Kody says: I didn't see the point in this movie, there was no death, except for that one guys, and are we supposed to believe that Richard Gere is a hard ass? He he, 'Ah clem', come on! No, no, just give me my aol broadband and and cheetos and I can think of a much better plot than this movie had! And PT, this time, I'm going to say it to you, "SHU>><<<<<<<<>>>>>script error<<<<>>>>>>>>>>
Shut up Kody!
