"Valerie's about to discover how far a girl will go, to find Mr. Right!"

When three lonely, horny aliens discover Geena Davis in a bikini by her pool side, yes they discover that “Earth Girls Are Easy“. In California, the sun shines, the pollution rises and Aliens keep watch. Valerie (Geena Davis) is a Valley girl nail expert who only wants to spend the rest of her life with her doctor boyfriend Ted. Yet when Ted brings a blonde home to have some fun, well she kicks him out. Meanwhile, Wiploc (Jim Carrey) and Zebo (Damon Wayans), two furry yellow and red aliens, are surfing the cable 80’s style and see the signal they have discovered is from Earth. They peep in closer and find Val half naked. Some how or another the ship break downs and Mac the Captain (Jeff Goldblum) wakes up to see that they’ve landed in Val’s pool! She gets scared at first, then makes them all lunch. Val takes them all to her cosmetic friend, who magically shaves off their fur and teaches them English. Carrey is cute and funny as a blonde surfer dude, Damon is funny looking in general out of the fur, yet as Val says when she sees the pre “THE FLY” Goldblum, “WOW”. They all go dancing and have lots of fun, yet Val must come to an ultimate decision when she falls for Mac, “Mac or Ted?” The thing that makes this movie so funny is the 80’s style and music, that sometimes is taken seriously, but ultimately, this movie makes fun of it’s own decade! Carrey uses his rubber face in one of his first appearance’s on screen ever, the same goes for Damon. Goldblum uses his Jewish handsome talent to captivate the audience. Geena is a major hottie, and the other girls are well, easy! I think the best two scenes are in the beginning when Val breaks into a song, for no reason at all, this is not a musical. And the other is when Damon break dances in a challenge to another break dancer at a club, can you say, “You got served?”

Earth Girls Are Easy gets a “DATE”, because I will always love Jim Carrey, and Geena Davis is still a hottie.

Things I learned:

1: The 80’s will never die.
2: I wanted to see “The Fly” after this.
3: I’m moving to California sometime in my life.
4: I wanted to see “Ace Ventura” after this.
