View Full Version : A cool idea for a class...

You know what would be a hot master class...

Coaching Improv

A class on the fundamentals of coaching. I know that I've always been interested in it (since I've coached before and had no idea what I was doing)...might be fun, I don't know if there is other interest out there...but, hell, thought I'd throw that out there. Sweetness!

I think at some point, that would be a great idea. Though not quite yet. But eventually, it will be essential for DSI to have a directing/coaching class. UCB never did much with that, and I always thought it was a mistake. I know Chicago is better about teaching how to direct.

But this is a great topic beyond this one idea...

What kinds of classes would you like to see DSI teach?

Brainstorm it up!

Musical improv.
Two person improv.
One person improv.
Dramatic improv.

And I'd also really enjoy learning how to coach.
